Transcon refers to our road transport department. A shipment doesn’t just appear at an airport, shipping line, distribution center, or retail store, there’s an entire process that happens beforehand! To support this, Expeditors manages a network of road carriers. The Transcon team coordinates all shipments to and from airports and shipping lines across Europe.
As a Transcon Customer Service Agent, you are the main point of contact for our customers regarding the pickup and delivery of shipments. You ensure a smooth and timely road transport process and keep all stakeholders informed about incoming deliveries. You’re also involved in the delivery process, making sure documentation and customs procedures are handled accurately and efficiently.
