Goods cannot simply cross borders. Transporting goods to other countries requires extensive administration due to strict regulations. As a Backoffice Employee, you ensure that all documents are perfectly managed and processed. Thanks to your accuracy, all data is entered into our systems on time, keeping our customers’ logistics process running smoothly. Delays can have major consequences, so your work really matters!

Your key responsibilities as a Backoffice Employee:

  • Preparing, processing, and submitting customs documents such as invoices and T1 documents;
  • Checking documents for completeness and accuracy according to laws and regulations;
  • Entering and managing data in administrative systems;
  • Identifying and correcting discrepancies in documentation;
  • Archiving and managing files for audit purposes.

To be successful as a Backoffice Employee in this role, you need to be accurate, proactive, and structured. Additionally, you should have:

✔ MBO or HBO level of working and thinking;
✔ Good command of English;
✔ The ability to multitask and set priorities;
✔ Attention to detail and a structured work approach;
✔ A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

  • A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month, depending on experience;
  • A 7-month contract, with the prospect of a permanent position;
